Relax and unwind with a 75 minute sound bath with Bella Mae, journeying through a range of soothing instruments and vibrations. While you're on this immersive soundscape journey, you'll receive acupuncture by Allanah Gavin. The use of fine needles promotes balance within the body and provides a sense of deep relaxation. The combination of these two potent modalities will aid in finding energy restoration and flow. Join us on Friday 6.30pm ~ March 6, May 29, July 3. The perfect way to end your week. All mats and props are provided at The Quiet House, and no experience is needed. Just an open mind and heart and willingness to receive.
